Refund Policy

At YouPastor, we care deeply about serving pastors well. We understand that sometimes a subscription may not be the right fit, or a billing concern may come up unexpectedly. This policy explains how refunds are handled in a fair and transparent way.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We generally consider refunds for accidental charges, duplicate billing, or major service-impacting issues. To be considered, requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by law, we typically do not provide refunds for:
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
- Unused credits or unused account time
- Requests submitted long after the billing date
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund for charges already processed.

Email us at [email protected] and include your account email, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
